This unique and attractive vest is handknitted from 100% pure, undyed, New Zealand wool by one of our own local knitters. The front features a bold Aran cable pattern set upon a base of lightly textured basket stitch. The back is patterned all over in the same basket stitch. At the lower edge of the side seams there is a small slit to ensure a smooth fit. The 8 ply wool used to knit this ladies vest has a moderate handle which means it is not as soft to touch as Merino Wool. However it has other advantages to compensate for this - the wool is extremely hard wearing and is guaranteed to provide years of wear and is also non-pill. The wool used is the three natural colours of New Zealand wool, being, natural cream (ivory), natural beige and natural black (dark brown). Hand wash in luke warm water and dry flat or dryclean.
