Worth the journey

We would love for you visit us in person. Get yourself to Christchurch or Queenstown, South Island New Zealand, and you're almost there! Travel by car on Highway 1 from Christchurch to Dunedin, Queenstown or Mt Cook and you cannot miss us.

From Christchurch travel south beyond Ashburton for approx 20 minutes, cross the two Rangitata bridges, then take the next right onto Highway 79, over the railway line.  You will find The Tin Shed a kilometre down Highway 79.

If you are travelling north from Timaru or Dunedin, turn left onto Highway 79 at Rangitata.

From Queenstown or Geraldine, cross the one-way bridge at Orari-Bridge, (5 minutes north of Geraldine), and turn right onto Highway 79 towards Rangitata and Ashburton. Travel another 5 minutes and you will find us as you near Rangitata.
