Description

This appealing and versatile lightweight zip front cardigan is manufactured in New Zealand from a blend of our finest Merino wool and Possum fur. The blend of 50% Merino wool, 40% Possum fur and 10% nylon creates a yarn that is exceptionally soft, warm and insulating. It features an attractive 'Koru' pattern, a unique native New Zealand Maori pattern symbolic of rebirth, new life and growth. This pattern features on the double layer cuffs, band and collar of this jacket, making it a great souvenir item or symbolic gift for someone special. The straight yet generous body cut of the cardigan flatters all figures and is a looser fit. Generally it is a good idea to select a smaller size than you would normally wear for this style. This zipped cardiagn is manufactured in New Zealand by Lothlorian Knitwear.

Available in sizes XS-XXL. Approximate sizing is provided below. The model photographed is wearing a size S and is approx. 170cm tall and normally wears a size 8. Please be aware this garment is a loose fit.

    I am now buying my 5th one this time in Natural. It is my all-time favorite sweater that I have taken on every trip since 2015! It is extremely light weight for packing, warm but breathable - good for summer or winter especially on cool buses or airplanes and a mandatory item for every international trip. I've received many compliments and I just can't imagine traveling without one. The only complaint is that I wear holes in the elbows but probably because I wear it almost every day. Love this sweater!!

    I have this sweater in red and black. I love the softness of the possum merino. I bought the black one for my May birthday.People comment on the sweater often. It is beautiful! Runs large. Quick delivery.

    I have bought 5 of these cardigans in different colours over the past 20 years and they are fantastic to wear and very reliably excellent quality. The fit, shape and durability are first class. Possum mink cardigans are light and soft but so beautifully warm. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

    Lovely cardigan . Very pleased with purchase . Sizing was a problem . I’m usually 16-18 and ordered XL but had to return for a medium . Excellent service from Tin Shed .

    This purchase was to replace a cardigan that had worn out. I hunted for ages to find one and The Tin Shed came up trumps. Same design with a lovely red colour.

    Beautiful garment. Bought this for my elderly mum. It is warm and light and beautiful. Perfect. The Tin Shed staff were also most obliging when I realised I purchased the wrong size and needed to exchange it. Thank you
