Moke - Lynn Packable Down Jacket with Hood (Sale)

The Lynn jacket by Moke is a classic, mid-length, lightweight down jacket. Versatile, yet incredibly practical this jacket has a fully detachable hood which is readily unzipped and is well insulated with Duck down.

The jacket is slightly shaped in the waist area and finishes on the upper thigh area. (It measures approximately 65cm in length from shoulder to the base of the jacket.) The full length zipper closes to the top of the neckline providing a snug polo style neckline. This jacket has inset sleeves and discreet side pockets on both sides which zip securely.

These jackets are comprised of Fill: 90% duck down 10% waterfowl feathers  Shell: 100% nylon. (A good down jacket should have at least 80% Duck down. If there is more than 20% feather composition you are more likely to get shedding of feathers).

Down is possibly nature's greatest insulation, and one of the easiest to adapt to human use. Down is a lightweight and 'feathery' feather, which when combined with more Down, traps a very large amount of air. This air is then heated by the body to provide insulation. Additionally, Down has the marvellous ability to breathe, lifting away perspiration so you don't experience the clamminess which often occurs when wearing synthetics.

These Down jackets are machine washable and will last years if treated correctly. It packs down conveniently into the small carrier bag provided.
