Experience all the comfort and warmth of duckdown with our Sarah classic, 3/4 length, lightweight down coat. This statement coat is a winter wardrobe staple.

This coat is slightly shaped in the waist to give a flattering fit and has discreet pockets on both sides which zip securely. The 'polo' style zip collar gives a snug warm fit around the neck and this coat has the added advantage of a fully detachable hood which is readily unzipped. The full length double ended zip enables you to un-zip from the bottom of the coat to gain greater leg movement when needed.

This coat is a generous length and measures around 90cm from the top of the shoulder to the base of the coat. At just 400g it packs into the small carrier bag provided so it is ideal for travellers and those that love the outdoors. The Moke coat is incredibly lightweight and showerproof only.

Designed in New Zealand in Oamaru by Moke made in China from Fill: 90% duck down 10% waterfowl feathers Shell: 100% nylon. Moke down is R.D.S certified, ensuring that all our down is ethically sourced.  A good down jacket should have at least 80% Duck down. If there is more than 20% feather composition you are more likely to get shedding of feathers.

Down is possibly nature's greatest insulation, and one of the easiest to adapt to human use. Down is a lightweight and 'feathery' feather, which when combined with more Down, traps a very large amount of air. This air is then heated by the body to provide insulation. Additionally, Down has the marvellous ability to breathe, lifting away perspiration so you don't experience the clamminess which often occurs when wearing synthetics. 
 
The model wears a Size S and is 177cm (5'9) tall with an 83cm bust, 66cm waist and 86cm hip.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Turn garment inside out, machine wash on cold with a mild detergent that does not have fluorescing agents. Do not use fabric softeners or bleach. Once washed place your garment in the dryer with 3 clean tennis balls to return feathers back to original loft. Do not iron or dry clean.

Due to the lightweight nature of this garment, some feathers may occasionally protrude through the layers due to friction or static. DO NOT pull these feathers out, instead pinch the feather from the inside of the body and pull it back into the inside of the body of the jacket. Pulling feathers out can create holes in the fabric and should be avoided.

    I love my coats! I ordered 1 in black and 1 in latte and as suggested one size up. So the style, fit and colours are perfect. They are great quality, well made, warm and light...perfect for travel. I can't wait to wear them when I head off on holidays!

    Fabulous coat warm and does pack down small. I purchased a size up and normally small went for the medium it fits perfectly

    I purchased this coat (black XL) in May 2018 for a trip to Iceland, Norway and UK.It was perfect a perfect fit and very comfortable to wear. We got caught in a heat wave during the northern summer so I only got to wear it in Iceland, but it was just perfect. The hood, length and fit were all excellent. My only wish was that the sleeves were a bit longer. I have worn it many times now and love that it is so lightweight and warm.

    Very happy with my purchase, so light and yet very warm. I use mine when I go walking (as well as everyday wear) and will buy another lighter colour as the navy, although a gorgeous colour, is a bit dark for the road. I’m normally a size 8 but pleased I purchased the S and not XS.

    I was unsure when ordering this from AustraliaI ordered but ordered a size up and the longline style, and glad i did. Plenty of room for lightweight layers underneath. We are off to France and the UK shortly and am sure it will stand up to the unpredictable weather. Love the colour of the navy too!!

    I love this jacket! I bought it when moving from a hot tropical summer in Australia to a northern hemisphere winter (a change of about 40 degrees C), and this jacket stood the test in every way! It's stylish enough to wear everywhere, yet still packs down small enough to slip in my carry bag and is so light that I hardly notice it's there. I was a bit worried when it first arrived as it seemed very thin, but because of its high quality, I have found it to be extremely warm (can wear over just a long-sleeve shirt when walking outside in O degrees C). At its price, it represents exceptional value. I followed the size chart, and my jacket is a perfect fit all over. The only drawback (which is rather minor!) is the lack of an inside pocket. But otherwise, I can't fault this jacket!

    I'm delighted with my coat. I bought the size larger than normal and it's perfect. Ticks all the boxes, looks good, warm, lightweight and packs down to nothing. Finally, the Tin Shed's service was seamless.

    I'm delighted with both the coat and the wonderful efficient service. The only adverse comment I would make is that the sleeves are a bit short.
