Description

For those of you who prefer not to wear, or cannot wear, gloves you can get the same softness and warmth from these 50% Merino wool, 40% possum fur and 10% nylon mittens.

New Zealand made and available in three sizes.

These mittens are constructed from a a single layer of plain knitting with a double layer of elasticised ribbing at the wrist.

Gentle wash in luke warm water and gentle spin.

Size small Total length including the wrist bands is 20.5 cm and the width across the knuckles is 10 cm. This will fit a very small adult or older childs hand.

Size medium Total length including the wrist bands is 26 cm and the width across the knuckles is 11.5 cm.

Size large Total length including the wrist bands is 27 cm and the width across the knuckles is 13 cm.

Purchased for my husband. Bands at the wrist little bit short for his long hands. He is disabled so they are easy to put on and off. Lovely and warm.

Disappointing. I brought a large pair which are basically unwearable because there is not enough room at the crook of the thumb.

I had a similar pair of mittens that I bought when I visited New Zealand a few years ago. I lost them last winter. I bought two pairs locally but just not the same. Winter is set in here (Canada). I’ve worn your mittens several times and they are the best. Very versatile.

Materials are excellent. Sizing is highly inaccurate: far, far smaller than measurements provided. Small is child size. Medium is barely small woman size.

Love, love the fiber and its warmth. But not much use if you can't actually wear them.
