Koru - Womens
Shop Koru women's knitwear, made at Koru's own factory in Auckland from 100 percent natural fibres. Koru blends merino wool, possum fibre and silk, and it is the silk that gives Koru knitwear its smooth handle and subtle sheen alongside the warmth of possum and the softness of merino.
The Koru womens range is built around versatile layering pieces: the Two Way poncho that can be worn more than one way, a moss stitch shrug, cable vest, shaped zip and two tone jackets, V neck cardigans, two tone and split hem jumpers, a zig zag textured cape and a jacquard wrap. Many styles feature contrast colour blocking or textured stitches, giving a polished look that works for work, travel and evenings out.
When choosing Koru knitwear, think about the occasion. A shrug or wrap adds warmth over a dress without covering the outfit, a shaped zip jacket gives structure for work, and a poncho or cape is the easiest cover-up for cooler evenings and travel. Jumpers with a split hem sit comfortably over leggings and slim trousers. Merino possum and silk is light, so it layers under a coat without bulk.
