Below you’ll find all the important details about how our pricing works, including GST treatment for different shipping locations, and the secure payment methods we accept. Our goal is to make your shopping experience as easy and reliable as possible.

Pricing and GST (Goods and Services Tax)

All prices displayed on our website and in our physical store include New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 15%. This means the price you see is the total price inclusive of GST when shopping within New Zealand. Our online prices are identical to the prices in our physical store, ensuring you receive consistent pricing no matter how you shop with us.

Shipping within New Zealand: When browsing the website in New Zealand Dollars (NZD), all product prices include New Zealand’s 15% GST. If you enter a New Zealand shipping address at checkout, the price remains the same - orders shipped within New Zealand are inclusive of the 15% NZ GST.

Shipping to Australia: When browsing in Australian Dollars (AUD), the 15% NZ GST has been automatically removed and replaced with Australia’s 10% GST. If you enter an Australian shipping address at checkout, the price remains unchanged - orders shipped to Australia are exclusive of NZ GST and inclusive of the 10% Australian GST, applied in compliance with Australian tax regulations.

Shipping Internationally (excluding Australia): When browsing in any international currency other than AUD, the 15% NZ GST is removed from product prices. If you enter a shipping address outside New Zealand and Australia, the price remains the same at checkout. Orders shipped internationally (excluding Australia) are GST-free.

Payment Methods and Processing

We provide multiple secure and convenient payment options to suit your preferences. Below is an overview of each method and how payments are processed:

Major Credit Cards: We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Payments are securely processed using encrypted technology, protecting your financial information throughout the transaction. We never store or have access to your card details, ensuring maximum security.

Shop Pay: Shop Pay offers a fast and secure checkout experience by saving your shipping, billing, and payment information for future purchases. When using Shop Pay, simply enter your phone number at checkout and verify the purchase with a code sent to your device. This one-tap checkout method helps speed up the payment process while keeping your details safe.

PayPal: You can pay with PayPal using your PayPal account or without one by using PayPal’s credit card processing. PayPal is a trusted online payment platform that encrypts your financial information so your card details remain confidential. This option offers a reliable, secure, and widely accepted method for payment.

Afterpay: Afterpay lets you receive your order immediately and pay for it in four equal, interest-free installments over time. To use Afterpay, select it at checkout and follow the prompts to set up your payment plan. More information is available at Afterpay.

Apple Pay: Apple Pay allows you to pay quickly and securely on compatible Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch). Using biometric authentication methods such as Face ID or Touch ID, or your device passcode, Apple Pay authorises your payment without sharing your actual card details with merchants. It provides a private and secure payment experience.

Direct Bank Deposit (New Zealand Bank Accounts Only)

If you have a New Zealand bank account, you may choose to pay via direct deposit to our bank account. Please use the following details when making your payment:

Please ensure your payment is made promptly after placing your order. We will only dispatch your order once your payment has been received and confirmed in our bank account. Orders unpaid within 7 days will be cancelled

After You Place Your Order

Once your order and payment are successfully received, you will get an email confirmation within 24 hours outlining your order details and payment status.
