If your parcel was unfortunately lost in the mail, we will send your order again or refund you in full.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
New Zealand: We aim to deliver your order within 1-3 working days. For rural areas please allow an extra 2 working days.
DHL Express: DHL aims to deliver to all international addresses between 4-6 working days.
International Air: International Air aims to deliver to all international addresses between two to six weeks (dependent on the country). This postage method is slower than in the past due to COVID-19 causing delays, please opt for DHL if you require your parcel urgently.
Please note, these timeframes are once your order has been dispatched by us. We generally allow 24 hours for dispatch, if your item is out of stock this may be slightly longer.
