- Tawari honey, a light honey with a hint of butterscotch comes from the delicate white floweres of the tawari tree found deep within the rainforests of Urewera.
- Rewarewa is a red amber full bodied honey that comes from the honeysuckle tree and is rich in antioxidants.
- Manuka honey is world famed for its medicinal properties and was used by the Tahoe tribal ancestors.
- The ancient forests of the Urewera's offer copious supplies of pollen and nectar, great for bee health, so that the purest honey without contaminating practices is produced.
- Use daily. Drizzle over or add to foods and drinks for flavour and nutrition.
- Store away from sunlight at less than 20oC.
