Description

These amazing and uniquely New Zealand fingerless gloves are a mix of natural and man made, being, our wonderful Merino wool (32%) with all its well known qualities, our super cosy and lightweight possum fur (22%), 32% polypropylene and 14% elastane.

The open finger style is ideal when you need your fingers free to work but still require warmth.

Merino wool retains warmth next to the skin and the hollow core of the possum fur will not freeze even in sub zero temperatures. The polypropylene has wickability to draw moisture to the exterior of the glove, as well as providing a harder wearing quality, while elastane gives stretch and a firmer fit.

Available in Black/Marl and Black/Charcoal. Please note that the colours are slightly marled due to the inclusion of the possum fur and polypro, rather than a pure colour.

Please be sure to follow the directions of care attached.

Fingerless gloves Great product for winter wear and work. Bought a 2nd pair after 2 years constant winter time service with the original ones that are still in surprisingly good repair given the wear.

Noble Wilde - Merino & Possum Polyprop Fingerless Glove

Noble Wilde - Merino & Possum Polyprop Fingerless Glove The best fingerless gloves, I highly recommend them. I have several pairs and bought extras to give to friends. Durable, warm and not itchy. I wore them in -6 degrees in Europe and they were great. I've also worn them winter gardening and they wash up well. Very happy.

Merino and Possum Fingerless Glives Wow… just wow! These gloves are brilliant, I have arthritis and work as a receptionist and now my hands stay lovely and warm, no more aches.

Fingerless gloves My daughter wanted a pair of fingerless gloves as her hands get cold whilst typing and I snuck in a pair for myself - they are like a warm hug on your hands ♥️

“Artist hands” I’m a 6’5” tall Texan here in Austin and my fingers aren’t short and stubby so they get cold in the winter. I’ve had two previous pairs of fingerless wools gloves in the past and tolerated how scratchy they were. These ones from upside-down land (I’ve biked the south island’s west coast, good people), they’re already the best pair I’ve had by a long shot. Thanks y’all!

Possum fur merino fingerless gloves These are great gloves. This is my second pair. I bought my first pair 3 years ago while visiting NZ. They are very warm and dexterity is great. I primarily wear these fly fishing during colder months. They retain warmth when soaking wet and dry quickly. Also wear these camping and in other outdoor activities. I have misplaced my original ones so these will be their replacement. They are robust in construction and I have been extremely happy with their performance. I will definitely be buying more in the future.

Fingerless gloves Love my fingerless gloves! I wear them all the time, even forget that I've got them on sometimes. Have no hesitation in recommending them & doing another transaction with this business, as the transaction was easy & delivery was super quick. Thanks Tin Shed!

Noble Wilde - Merino & Possum Polyprop Fingerless Glove

Excellent fingerless gloves I bought both these and the Koru fingerless gloves because I couldn't decide from the website description which to get. I'm glad I chose both. I wear the Koru when I want my hands to be pampered. I wear the NB gloves when I'm working: they are closer fitting, have shorter fingers, and a more rugged exterior. Both are superb. If I could have only one pair I would be hard pressed to know which to keep.

Noble Wilde - Merino & Possum Polyprop Fingerless Glove

fabulous Merino fingerless gloves I bought these gloves to wear on my travels through outback Mongolia, Russia, Norway and Germany in November. They were wonderful, warm and strong and now I'm wearing them for our winter in Australia. They wash well and I've just purchased another pair for my daughter. Highly recommend and can be worn inside mittens in colder weather.

Great Gloves The best fingerless gloves out there, having had an accident with my fingers a few years ago I tend to suffer during the winter months, the thermal property is amazing and the added polypropylene makes them really hard wearing, definitely worth the investment!!

How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply select your preferred colour, size, and quantity on the product page, then click ‘Add to Cart’. Your cart will then pop up on the right side of the screen, where you can choose to proceed to checkout or continue shopping. You can access your cart at any time by clicking the cart icon in the top-right corner of the page to review or edit your items. For a detailed walkthrough with screenshots, see our guide: How to Place an Online Order.

How long does shipping take?

We aim to dispatch all orders received within 3 working days. If we anticipate a longer delay, we will notify you by email or phone.

New Zealand orders are typically delivered within 1–3 working days after dispatch. For rural areas, allow an extra 3 working days. New Zealand shipping is a flat rate of NZD $10.00 for all orders.

International shipping is available via two services - DHL Express: Delivery within 4–6 working days after dispatch and International Air Post: Delivery within 2–6 weeks after dispatch, depending on the destination. Shipping rates are based on the weight of the parcel and the country.

What is the return policy?

Returns are accepted under the following conditions for a refund, exchange or store credit. Items must be in the original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and free from odours or stains. Once your order has been delivered to you, you have 14 days (New Zealand) or 30 days (international orders) to send your return. Please click our policy for more detail on our conditions, as well as our returns from and address.

What payment methods are accepted?

The Tin Shed accepts all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Afterpay.

If you are shipping within New Zealand, you can choose to pay for your order by direct bank deposit at checkout.

How can I help ensure I get the correct size when I order?

If we have included a size chart on our listing, please check this against your measurements.

When placing your order, you’ll see an Order Note section in your cart and at checkout. You are welcome to include your actual body measurements and preferred fit (snug, regular or loose) here, so we can check to help get your sizing right.

If your garment arrives and still doesn’t fit as expected, don’t worry. Our returns policy allows you to return the item for an exchange, store credit, or a refund.

How should I wash my products?

Generally for knitwear, homeware or accessories made from natural fibres it is recommended to hand wash or dry clean items. We recommend always following the care instructions on the label. If handwashing, soak your item for 10 mins in cold water with a wool or delicate detergent. Rinse thoroughly in cold water. Rinse again in cold water. Gently squeeze the water out, do not wring or twist. Dry flat in the shade. Do not tumble dry. Store your garment folded and do not hang it to prevent stretching.

Are your prices inclusive of NZ GST? What happens with GST for orders shipped within New Zealand or internationally?

Shipping within New Zealand: When browsing the website in New Zealand Dollars (NZD), all product prices include New Zealand’s 15% GST. If you enter a New Zealand shipping address at checkout, the price remains the same - orders shipped within New Zealand are inclusive of the 15% NZ GST.

If you enter an Australian shipping address at checkout, the price remains unchanged - orders shipped to Australia are exclusive of NZ GST and inclusive of the 10% Australian GST, applied in compliance with Australian tax regulations.

Shipping Internationally (excluding Australia): When browsing in any international currency other than AUD, the 15% NZ GST is removed from product prices. If you enter a shipping address outside New Zealand and Australia, the price remains the same at checkout. Orders shipped internationally (excluding Australia) are GST-free.
